The Team

I have been proudly practicing women’s health and gynecology in South Florida since 2007, with a focus on providing personalized, patient-centered care. In 2022, I was excited to expand my practice to the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains and bring that same modern approach to women’s health care to the High Country.

Ensuring that women have access to high-quality medical care is deeply important to me. I am honored to be part of the High Country community and to offer a thoughtful, personalized option for women’s health and gynecology care.

Born and raised in South Florida, I have been married since 2003 and am the proud father of two wonderful boys. Balancing family, work, and wellness has shaped the way I care for my patients. I understand how important it is for women to feel heard, respected, and supported while making decisions about their health.

Sarah is a Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) with experience in family medicine, women’s health, and gynecology. Sarah graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Masters of Kinesiology in 2008 and a Masters of Physician Assistant Studies in 2011. She has practiced clinically in Boone and the surrounding high country since 2014. Sarah is passionate helping women and tailoring care to their specific needs. 

Nikki grew up in the scenic high country of North Carolina. With more than thirty years of experience in women's health, she has dedicated her career to providing individualized, quality care. Her expertise covers a wide range of services, including routine gynecological care, thorough fertility assessments, menopause management, and contraceptive counseling. Nikki is deeply committed to delivering care that follows established guidelines, all within a welcoming and comfortable environment. She prioritizes listening to each patient's individual questions and concerns to ensure they receive the attention they deserve.

Nikki believes that every woman is unique, and this individuality should be recognized in healthcare. She is passionate about dedicating time to each patient, allowing her to provide the highest quality of care possible.
